The Tools menu is on the bottom-left of the Login dialog:

I read a lot of info online about how to export .ini data from one computer to another. All of them started from the TOOLS menu. I cannot fins the TOOLS menu. How can I exprt and import?
It seems that WinSCP somehow created a new .ini file, and I lost all my 29 logins
