That's not the same problem. OP didn't use TLS. Please attach a complete log file from the latest version of WinSCP. Did you try any other FTP client?

Do you get the same problem with the latest version of WinSCP? Does it happen in GUI too? Did you try other FTP clients (even GUI)?

I am are using WinSCP Version 5.7.5 (Build 5665) and I am trying to send a Excel file to a external FTP server using explicittls.
The problem is that some times my transfer goes succesfull and most of the times it failes.
