When using the WinsCP, I couldn't connect the server. However, both computers were online and could ping through. I thought it was the problem of port 22. One of my server is Windows 2003, the other server is Red hat linux 9.0

Looks like a server-side problem. Please contact your server administrator.

Today i want to connect to a hostname,but show'connection failed', but another hostname everything ok, i want to know how to solve this problem, thanks. :)
