There no command-line switch to do "download and delete" in GUI mode.

You have to use scripting command get -delete ....

WinSCP GUI can generate the script (or complete command-line) for you:

My camera save picture on a online FTP server.

With the WinSCP I have created a short link to connect automatically to the FTP.

But after that, I do not know how automatically (with no human click) select the folder for save and delete (F6)
