Requesting a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template

My organization needs an assessment of WinSCP's accessibility features according to new legislation in my state. Does WinSCP have a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) to send? Here's a link to learn more about VPATs: https://www.itic.org/policy/accessibility/vpat

Following that thread, it looks like there is still not any official VPAT documentation, I just wanted to check if there might have been a different issue thread where this documentation has been added. My institution also requires VPAT documentation
