Yes, ResumeSupport=2, so it is turned off. Most likely you are actually not using the INI file for the script. Can you post a complete log file? Particularly its header? It shows where the configuration is read from. (Make sure you are using the latest version).

That says WinSCP is loading configuration from registry, not an INI file. Where is your INI file located?
Upgrading is unlikely to help. But I definitelly suggest you use always the latest version.

I exported the INI file to my desktop so I could include it in this post.

Also when I simply copy and paste files to the destination SFTP server using another client (i.e. FileZilla) I do not see '.filepart' added to the file name during transfer. I have zero desire to use FileZilla and 100% desire to use WinSCP to automate my transmission, I'm just perplexed by the inconsistency I'm running into. Is the '.filepart' added to the file name exclusively by the WinSCP client? In the documentation about .filepart on this site ,it states that this is part of 'SFTP'.

That's a different story then.
You have probably turned the resume support off for your Windows account. But your script is running under the TMMC_DOMAIN\spsadmin account.

It's done explicitly (though not exclusively) by WinSCP (Filezilla does not do that indeed). And only for SFTP.

So should I export the .INI file and try to script something like:

Yes.
1) You should better use full path to the INI/script and log files.
2) You should better call "open" from the script file and only after "option batch" command, if any.

I was afraid to try it without your blessing, I was unsure about including the quotes around the /ini,/script, and /log values.

I'll give it a shot and post my results.
