Generating URL Problem

Hi
I'm using winscp for generating a files url from ftp for downloading it with another downloader software. Sometimes winscp shows me '%22' or '"' end of the links.
Winscp 5.7.5
Windows 7 - 64bit

If this problem related with server or if you need a log for this please inform me [email protected]
I'm happy to use winscp.
