Please help....does WinSCP support these Ciphers and MACS?

Do WinSCP Supported ciphers include: aes128-ctr, aes256-ctr, aes128-cbc, aes256-cbc
DO WinSCP Supported MACS include: hmac-sha2-256, [email protected], hmac-sha2-512, [email protected]

I have WinSCP 5.13

[email protected], hmac-sha2-512 and [email protected] are not supported.
