First off, thanks for creating this amazing application.
On to the issue itself, is there any way to delete the Filter History? Either the whole filters list or just one of them? I have searched the Documentation and the Forum and couldn't find anything. If it isn't implemented yet, I believe it would be a nice feature to add.

It's not implemented yet.

Meanwhile, you can delete the following registry key (close WinSCP first):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Martin Prikryl\WinSCP 2\Configuration\History\Mask
