How to configure WinSCP to connect to Bitvise server

I have a Bitvise server running SSH. I would like to use WinSCP to transfer files.
I'm getting a timeout. I have attached a WinSCP log. How can I configure WinSCP to connect to my server?

You do not seem to be using a regular WinSCP application. Where did you get your copy of WinSCP?

Can you test it with WinSCP standalone application?

I have tested it with WinSCP application.
I'm still getting a timeout.

Can you connect with any client at all?

Yes. I can connect with the Bitvise client.

Are you running the Bitvise client on the same machine as WinSCP?
So please post a log file for that.
